THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT GROUP of CO, LLC (TCMG/CO) is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been providing professional estimate services throughout the United States for over twenty five years. TCMG/CO reps have extensive experience providing our Clients with construction estimate services from initial conception through final completion of projects.

Another important component of the estimate is providing the Client with a Value Engineering Study. A report is generated including recommendations on the selection of systems, details and finishes. The final selections are made in consultation with the Client and the Architect, prior to the preparation of final construction documents.

Our Estimates include pricing data of all major divisions of construction to determine the projected cost to build. Accurate pricing data is obtained from vendors in the locale of the project and include the following:
