Totaling over 32,000 square feet, this Class A building was constructed on an extremely short time schedule. Managing member Jim Spruill was the construction manager and cost estimator for this three-story office building located in north Colorado Springs. Breaking ground in November with the Colorado snow and cold temperatures, this project had its fair share of construction obstacles, and was still completed for the June move-in date. Not only does it boast a stunning exterior stone and stucco design, but it also features a high quality, custom-built wood interior.
